Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Beard Estate, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and a UK resident. All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the data needed to fulfil your order and to send you updates if you've opted in: name, email, shipping address, and order history. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@beardestate.co.uk.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail. Standard UK shipping is a flat £0.00, and free on orders over £15.00. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Returns & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. To start a return, email hello@beardestate.co.uk with your order number. We do not accept returns on opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons, except in cases of fault or damage. If your bottle arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge.
Allergens & Safety
Beard Estate beard oils contain nut-derived carrier oils (sweet almond). If you have a nut allergy, consult a medical professional before use. Always patch test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Full INCI is listed on every product page.
